Mr. Snakes and Mrs. Barber decided to play some songs and drink a lot of whiskey. Every cover was learned on the spot and recorded immediately after on a 4-track cassette deck in Mrs. Barber's apartment one summer night in 2014. They do not remember exactly what date because they were drunk.
The tape was modeled after Van Morrison's album he had to make as a contractual obligation to his record label: he got drunk and recorded whatever came out of his mouth. Mr. Snakes and Mrs. Barber played a song from that album in his honor "Freaky If You Got This Far".
Side A (Half Drunk):
1. "Sway" - Rolling Stones
2. "Trouble In The Water" - Half Japanese
3. "Homos" - The Frogs
4. "Song for Suzanne" - JT IV
5. "Married With Children" - Oasis
6. "Juarez/Mocking Bird" - Mark Lanegan
